Privacy

Your information.
Handled with care.

How we use the details you share through this website.

Contact enquiries

JBM International LLC uses the name, email address, company, country of residence, project details and message you submit to review and respond to your enquiry. The form also records when your enquiry was received and your confirmation that we may contact you.

Access and storage

Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. Access to the enquiry inbox is restricted to authorised accounts. Hosting providers process the information needed to operate the site. A temporary, hashed network identifier helps limit automated submissions; the form does not store your raw IP address.

Your choices

We use these details for your enquiry, not to automatically subscribe you to marketing. To request access, correction or deletion, contact contact@jbm-international.com. Please include enough information to identify your enquiry.

Website operation

The site serves its fonts and images directly. If you are an authorised team member, the hosting platform handles sign-in to the private enquiry inbox. Links to external resources are subject to those websites’ own privacy practices.

Enquiry source and follow-up

If a link carries a campaign label, we retain its source, campaign and landing page with the enquiry to understand which activities lead to relevant conversations. Without a label, we may retain only the referring website’s domain. We do not store advertising click identifiers or full referral URLs. This uses no advertising cookies or cross-site identifiers. Authorised team members can record the enquiry’s progress and agreed engagement values. No enquiry data is sent to an advertising platform by this website.

Private case area

The private area uses an email access link and a secure session cookie needed to authenticate you. Links are single-use and expire; sessions last up to 12 hours. We keep your project details, written messages, proposals, acceptance records and requested documents to handle your enquiry and engagement. A proposal acceptance records its version, contents, the signatory name and email, the acceptance statement and time. Do not share your access link.

Authorised JBM team members can access the case. The hosting service stores case records and documents; our transactional email provider, when enabled, processes the recipient address and notification text. Identity documents stay in the private area and are not attached to notifications. No online payment or card details are collected. Contact JBM to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable retention duties.
